Qi center

Hello and welcome to my website.

My name is Ida Bloem.
I am a Yin yoga teacher, practitioner of mindfulness and reiki.
From this position I give lectures on the benefits of yoga from an anatomical point of view.

For me life consists of energy and finding
the right balance in its use.
That's why I chose the name Qi center for my company.

Qi, also called chi or ki, cannot be explained in one word. It is a concept from Eastern culture.
Qi is often described as breath, life force, vital energy or spiritual energy. An energy that connects and is part of everything that exists.

About me

About me

In my childhood I was already a member of a gymnastics club and
I have been a yoga practitioner since my 20s.

Movement has always been present in my life in various forms.
I also love dancing and hiking in the mountains.

In addition to moving, I had to learn to take moments of rest.
Mindfulness and following an active meditation form of Japanese mountain monks helped me a lot with this.

Around 2006 obtained the 1st and 2nd degree in Reiki
according to the Usui Shiki Ryoho method.

In 2016 and 2017 I followed the Yin yoga teacher training.
After this I started to focus on yoga therapy.

At the moment I am studying Ayurveda,
especially on nutrition.

Obtained the 1st and 2nd degree in Reiki . around 2006
according to the Usui Shiki Ryoho method.

In 2016 and 2017 the Yin yoga
teacher training.

Now I am delving into Ayurveda and
ayurvedic nutrition.

From September 2017 - September 2019 there was a collaboration with physiotherapist Gorecht Oost.

The combination of yoga and physiotherapy works very well. However, due to the growing enthusiasm, the group became too large for the practice and we moved to the gym.

By clicking on the logo of the practice you will go directly to their website.
